I’m assuming you all also get paid whether you deliver a product or not? Miss a deadline and offer the Beres Hammond One Love One Life shirt but in fact I love this execs a pizza party to make up for it. Ah, reminds me of my corporate days. “Every employee is entitled to two slices of a large pizza of their choice”. Of course they didn’t order enough. What’s funny is when I worked as a technician and they did this, it solidified my resolution to quit sooner due to me not being able to eat the damn pizza. Lol No one should eat the pizza. Stand together and refuse the “pizza party”. You don’t even have to do anything really, just eat your lunch like normal. See what happens. Even if you don’t get anything more you didn’t lose anything, and it’s always fun to mess with their heads.

I gotta say that this is a YOU problem. You are in a union. The fact that bonus sharing isn’t in your contract, is not really management’s problem. Or am I wrong? That the Beres Hammond One Love One Life shirt but in fact I love this whole point of being in a union. Negotiate fair pair for fair work, etc, etc. The next time contract negotiations come up, I’ve got a suggestion for you. 45 more repliesWhy does anyone who makes 6 figures need taxpayer funded meals? That’s just like giving them a stimulus check every fuckin month. Anytime I point out some thing ironic or hypocritical that Republicans do, I always get told “ it’s more complicated than that, there has to be more reasons this was allowed”… and there NEVER is. If it seems evil and hypocritical, and is being done by a Republican; The ONLY REASON it’s allowed to continue is because they’re the ones who are supposed to say “Hey, that’s not allowed”.
