Isn’t this statement true for your fav music, food or any other pleasure activity too? Sometimes we don’t even enjoy our favourite music because simply we don’t feel like. Also we as humans give very little significance to our inner being. We crave for outer happniess , something that feels real and visible. And meditation is a process. It has its lows and highs so it is difficult for brain to register it as pleasure activity . It depends on individual perception also. For eg. Your own mind believes that it is mentally hard to practice so eventually for your brain Meditation is not something natural. It might feel pracful but logically you are not in that state yet where it comes naturally. But it is nothing to worry about. Don’t expect any particular outcome from meditation because you will loose the Beefbrain Shield Pro Hypnospace Outlaw shirt Apart from…,I will love this actual focus of meditation which is to know your inner self.

Beefbrain Shield Pro Hypnospace Outlaw shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

you’re grasping for some state your experienced in the Beefbrain Shield Pro Hypnospace Outlaw shirt Apart from…,I will love this past. it’s like sitting and wishing you were listening to better music or eating a great meal instead of actually eating what you’re given, listening to what’s actually playing. Exercise, cold showers, waking up, reading books, learning new things, cooking dinner, getting dressed for an event, and anything else we do in our day can be bliss or torture. Learning to live in the present and enjoy each moment as it happens is mindfulness, and it makes every moment bliss. Meditation is the training ground for mindfulness. In Dr Ainslie Meares method one relaxs the body and mind so the mind slows down and stills. In stillness lies calm. Many people carry tension and anxiety and these things stop us from relaxing. The mind that is chronically anxious feels there may be danger (it is chronically anxious) and so the tense person relaxes and then finds the mind re-alerts them in various ways. For example, itching, jerking wide awake, becoming very tense and so on are all ways this reaction may be seen in meditation. Outside of meditation there are more subtle variants. in some people, the anxious mind thinks if it can get every thing right and done by keeping busy then things will be better. Stopping and slacking off won’t do that and so they need to feel busy and do not meditate. Anxiety is the thing that holds us back and learning to relax as in Dr Meares method helps reduce it so that we are not held back and avoid things less. Less avoiding including the mental gymnastics which are partly hidden from consciousness that seem to conspire to stop us meditating. On the other hand, if you learn to relax and allow the stillness in meditation you can learn to allow calm outside of meditation. Then being calmer means being less held back soon you find you can do things that were difficult before. Depending on your personaility this may include meditation practice itself. Some people find that they practice but make little progress- usually as they rely on trial and error and practice in error, but that is another story, for another time
