DD tried to give me only 5$ for a 30$ meal. I ended up contacting support via phone and demanded my money back. I ended up getting it + 50% but man was that frustrating. I ended up not eating on my birthday because at that point everything was closed, too Someone yeets your food out the Bazinga Big Bang Shirt also I will do this window onto the street and they describe it as “customized delivery experience”, this made my morning Just as a tip, some responses in live chats are either a bot or auto translated. The best way to solve your issue is answering very short and clear like “did u receive blabla?” Just say no. Any time you bother to explain it further this may happen, this is either a bot response or a translation error. If they ask for clarification, then you can explain it

It used to be okay, they would give extra credit for the Bazinga Big Bang Shirt also I will do this hour wasted. Now you’re lucky if they give you anything unless you report it completely missing. You should always just stick to saying you never received your food. Don’t give them any more info than you need to, they will use it against you. Man, that is rough. Instacart recently told me if I didn’t want my orders to be messed up that I shouldn’t pick replacements… what? lol This is wild. Can I ask where you are located? I’ve used a bunch of delivery and I fidn that door dash drivers are the most professional. Like I feel they go through some vetting. Or maybe I’m just lucky as fuck My dasher stole my food. It might have been grubhub, don’t remember, they both suck. It was like pulling teeth to get support to acknowledge and repeat back to me the facts of what happened. The restaurant was 30 minutes from me. It went from picking-up to delivered within one minute. The support guy would not admit that it was physically impossible. He could not guarantee the same dasher would not be the one assigned to me. I’d say it was like talking to a robot but GPT is 1000x more helpful than delivery support. Never have and will never take part in any food or grocery delivery because of this rite here and other incidences. Yeah.. kinda of idiotic to mention that you received the food, but it was thrown out the window. You should have said that you didn’t receive it since it’s not in your hands, took pictures of it, requested a refund, 1 star the driver, call DD and complain. Sometimes, being honest gets you sodimized, unfortunately. They are going to run themselves into the ground by not terminating these dashers instantly. I am sure Uber, etc. has these issues as well.
