I love working from home so much extremely motivated to not lose that right so I end up working way harder and more diligently at my own home. Couldn’t go back to leaving my pets home alone all day. The system counts how may calls I take a day. Consistently I take more calls while working at home that when I’m at the Barbados Flowers Distressed Color Print T-Shirt besides I will buy this office. I knew this before I began working from home, and then working from home confirmed what I already knew. But I’m glad to see examples of this on a larger scale. I like working at home but we have to connect to the company VPN and it makes the software we use so fucking slow unless you have amazing WiFi. So overall I get a lot more done in the office. I believe it would be completely dependent on the person and how organized and focused they can stay. Some people thrive on their own schedule, some people need structure. it has a massive impact on micro management. but honestly. I personally work more hours, sometimes 2 hours overtime. but I do take naps when I need them. it’s a win win situation Having co workers on my team across the globe also allows me flexibility to work around their daytime schedules and I can stop/start my time accordingly to still get my “hours” in. As long as I have to deal with other people I can’t even meet in person it does not make sense to go to an office and work virtually with them. Studies would probably also show that middle managers have fewer meetings and have a harder time justifying their existence with remote work.

To claim absolute zero is bold. The grateful hard workers probably compensate for the Barbados Flowers Distressed Color Print T-Shirt besides I will buy this slackers but there’s no way the average worker with 4 kids and 3 dogs and 2 cats and 12 chickens is focused on work for 8 hours from home my job has certain expectations. (I’m hourly, NOT salary, so cannot get away with x amount of work = day complete) NOTHING changes {with my career} being WFH vs the office, other than me being happier, having zero commute, having easy and inexpensive food & beverage options, breaktimes are fully enjoyed [our building was huge and I worked in the back], I see my wife on lunch sometimes. I go entire days sitting in my cubicle not saying two words to anyone, except over IM. Why the fuck am I not doing that at home and wasting 1.5 hours a day going back and forth to a computer?
