It makes people happy to have long hair, let them do it. These people will not stop until each and every American is just a #, a worker in the Baby Yoda Kroger This Is My Hallothanksmas Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this cog, in the system, no individuality. They are trying to make this great, diverse country another form of the USSR, in terms of freedom. I will not let it happen. If they aspire for Russia so much, they should move there. We’re going backwards as a country. I went to high school in the 70s, hair length was NEVER an issue, even on our sports teams. This kind of stuff is idiotic and serves no purpose. Fuck all these people so much. How small minded do you have to be to think this is ok? Land of the free? What a joke. In Texas a woman doesn’t have freedom over her body, a man doesn’t have freedom over his hair, but everyone has the freedom to walk around heavily armed. What a shithole. Hey kids in Texas, why dont you all shave your heads 100% bald and see how the teachers like the difficulty of trying to tell 500+ kids apart from eachother. Think of all the shenanigans you could get away with if you all were bald and dressed in the same clothes.

A Catholic teacher threatened me with suspension because my hair was starting to reach my collar, and I had already been pleading wuth family for weeks to get a haircut that apparently was too much to afford. this is crazy to me that a boy can’t have long hair. it is certainly not constitutional. I can’t even fathom it. I knew so many guys back in high school that had the Baby Yoda Kroger This Is My Hallothanksmas Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this long surfer hair and even a few guys with like hippie-girl-length, beautiful, flowing, blonde hair. what’s the damn problem? If it’s a public school, this is crap. Back in the 80s, my hair was halfway down my back and it didn’t prevent anyone from an education. The Texas CROWN Act, went into effect on September 1, 2023, and prohibits discrimination based on hairstyles that are commonly associated with a particular race or culture.”

Why can’t people mind their own business. Fucking stop worrying about what other people are doing if it doesn’t impact you. Biden should issue an executive order requiring judge Chap B. Cain to grow his hair below a certain length and he is not allowed to cut it. This is the Baby Yoda Kroger This Is My Hallothanksmas Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this kind of presidency that will win Biden re-election. This sounds like a pretty clear First Amendment violation to me. Right to self-expression. This is what happens when either side of the political spectrum gains too much power anywhere. They start passing nonsensical/unconstitutional laws and judges make nonsensical/unconstitutional rulings. SMH. Why can’t we have simple, common-sense, middle of the road governance that doesn’t violate the Natural, God-Given, and Constitutional rights of Americans? 330 more replies1969, in Illinois a student sued about the school trying to force him to cut his hair. The student claimed the Illinois State Constitution stated that no citizen shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law. The student argued that his hair was his property. The court sided with the school, saying a dress code was legal, but that the school had to take each student individually to court to enforce the dress code. The school dropped the dress code as there wasn’t any money to take kids to court for sideburns below the ear canal or skirts with added ruffles. This was Illinois State, so it may not apply in a foreign country like Texas.

I went to 2 different schools in California in the Baby Yoda Kroger This Is My Hallothanksmas Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this Fresno area in the 80s that had hair and clothing requirements. It’s not a new thing. School should be for learning. Be unique inside the rules, then go crazy after you leave. It won’t kill you. Quit whining. so what you’re doing is called the is-ought fallacy. you’re saying because something is (and used to be) a way, that it ought to be that way. This is a fallacy because it is logically inconsistent and a terrible argument. So what it used to be that way? we’re not arguing over whether or not hair regulations are a certain way, we’re arguing whether or not they should be that way. It is sex based discrimination, which is, and should be, constitutionally banned; therefore, this ban should not be in place. I’ve lived in Texas my whole 30 years, this has been a thing the whole time. (at least in the schools I went to)

Step by step to buy Baby Yoda Kroger This Is My Hallothanksmas Shirt

Texas and Alabama are an affront and embarrassment to the Baby Yoda Kroger This Is My Hallothanksmas Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this rest of this country. Well, I should throw in Arkansas while I’m at it. But the schools district wins nothing by this verdict. This is so clearly racially motivated. I don’t get this really it doesn’t seem like a big deal. In my secondary school in Ireland we weren’t allowed certain haircuts and it couldn’t be a certain length Any student dress or grooming policy adopted by a school district, including a student dress or grooming policy for any extracurricular activity, may not discriminate against a hair texture or protective hairstyle commonly or historically associated with race. I guess you could argue that a dress code for school isn’t for an extracurricular activity? I also don’t see anything in here that mentions gender/sex, it’s only race, so the argument that this is discriminating against males seems like it wouldn’t fall under the CROWN act, although it does very clearly seem like sexual discrimination.
The Barbers Hill dress code allows students to wear locs hairstyles but places limits on the Baby Yoda Kroger This Is My Hallothanksmas Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this length of male students’ hair. It states “boy’s hair will not extend below the eyebrows, below the ear lobes, or below the top of a t-shirt collar.” The best argument you could make is that putting limits on the hairstyles isn’t “not allowing it”, but my goodness this is so stupid. This is what Texas is choosing to live and die by… So no other states consider hair length and facial hair part of a dress code? Just Texas? In Oklahoma we get sent home if we have more than a few days of stubble. What does the constitution say about this? This individual appealed that rule based on religious exemption and was denied (dumb rule again, write an angry letter if you want)
The case escalated to higher courts to see if it was a violation of the Baby Yoda Kroger This Is My Hallothanksmas Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this “Crown Act” “protection against race-based discrimination in the work place and in K-12 public and charter schools based on hair texture and protective styles.” (Great law, fully support it) The court simply ruled that the school has the right to enforce hair LENGTH just as they have the right to enforce a dress code. As long as it was applied to all male students equally. This case had nothing to do with hair style and texture ONLY length. Oh…well if its the rule, then that is all that matters! Doesn’t matter if the rule doesn’t make ANY sense at all. Authoritarians love people like you. Hair length is important to a lot of people for a lot of reasons. Just because you don’t care about it doesn’t mean no one does
