Presumably, but he’s just put “materials” so no idea what he thinks he’s providing. It’s too little for cabinets, too much for sundries. To be honest it’s the 75% deposit for a mostly labour job that makes me think he’s taking the piss. The op has already bought the kitchen, so the quote is literally for fitting the kitchen.
