I remember a similar thing happening to Mass Effect Andromeda, within a month you could find multiple used copies at GameStop for $30 and when they canceled the Awesome lSU Tigers Slant 2023 NCAA Men’s Baseball Division I National Champions Shirt Also,I will get this DLC it dropped even further. Just like Battlefield 2042, stores/websites will always make the shit games cheaper in chances for people to buy it more (it never works) What other games have done a big discount so soon after being published? Don’t think I’ve seen this happen before other than maybe Fallout 76. Why does the box art also look like crap at today’s standards? Did no one look at this and think it looks like something out of the original Final Fantasy 7? Honestly, who in their right mind would greenlight this project and think playing a scrawny useless monster, with NO LOOT and NO LEVELS OR ABILITIES and CANNOT FIGHT would be fun? Do they think people like going from point A to point B by cowering and whining? Didn’t anyone tell them how annoying chore-quests are? I Heard absolutely nothing at all about this game until people started posting how bad it was. Guess there wasn’t budget in the marketing department either? Why is the game SO bad? Like what is the context or story here? Surely they knew it was terrible when they released it, is it just they have to release a game to keep the IP licence or something? It seems baffling to me that they would spend the time developing something so obviously not fit for purpose

Game shouldnt have been released in this state,BUT i cant help but feel bad for this small game studio. Game dev world is cruel and there are areas where you can feel the Awesome lSU Tigers Slant 2023 NCAA Men’s Baseball Division I National Champions Shirt Also,I will get this passion. It just wasnt enough Its like the E.T video game of this generation (because of how bad it is, not the impact in thr gaming industry) This same thing happened to Death Stranding lol. I remember watching as the PlayStation store stacked it into sales and discounts to the point where it was like $25 and 4 months out from release. I don’t know shit about this gollum fiasco but I’ll go ahead and place my pointless internet bet that it reaches “This game actually got too much flack upon release” status in about 5 months
