You can prepare for something like that. And if you did, you’d be making a lot of assumptions based on nothing tangible. No. And why would I want to be? Why would anyone want to survive that? I’ll be hopping off the Awesome Joe Biden Santa I Already Got What I Wanted Victory Christmas shirt and I love this nearest tall buikding Easily. Of the possible apocalypse options, the zombie one requires the least amount of prep. Mentally and physically Walking Dead Zombies? Strangely, yes! I run 14 miles a day. I live in a wooded suburb; though close to a dense city, my house is a 1940’s two story built of petrified wood (nobody is getting in here without explosives), and I am a bit of a food-hoatder/prepper. I have a Degree in Biology (minor in Education), I am a Certified EMT, and I collect DYI books from the 1940-1980s. Yeah. I got this!
Awesome Joe Biden Santa I Already Got What I Wanted Victory Christmas shirt: Get Cozy in this shirt
Absolutely not. As soon as I find that out, I’m gonna go raid a dealer, do all the Awesome Joe Biden Santa I Already Got What I Wanted Victory Christmas shirt it is in the first place but drugs I want and have nasty disrespectful sex with my bf and then I’m stealing the neighbors Cadillac and driving into the ocean so if someone goes down there there’s a Cadillac with a skeleton in it Not prepared physically in the slightest. Small, weak, and thin enough that I wouldn’t last long once food runs out, and it’ll run out fast; I don’t have much stocked up. But mentally? Hell ya dude. Love Left4Dead. I know I’m gonna die in really any apocalyptic scenario, but I think they’d be interesting to witness til the end, and I’m a bio nerd, so I’d love to see what I could learn about the zombies before I perish. I deal well with isolation, so I could huddle up somewhere safe and just wait it out for a while too, and I’d probably still be mentally okay. Well no as I keep telling the missus we need to buy more canned goods. I have a replica samurai sword from the movie the last samurai at my parents house but I’m too scared to transport it to my own house. So first thing I’d do is head there.
Yes because I was in the Awesome Joe Biden Santa I Already Got What I Wanted Victory Christmas shirt it is in the first place but real military and can distinguish its capabilities vs the movie military that seems to be run by ONLY teenage cowards and misanthropic psychopaths. Any kinds of real apocalypse? I die. Internet goes out for 2 weeks? I die. Grocery stores don’t have working card readers? I die. Once upon a time I could’ve lived on Dinky Dog food but nah I’m in my 40s now. I take diabetes medication. I die. I don’t think so. I may have a slight chance depending on where it all starts. Plus, I live in a city- so heaps of people….but, I don’t know if that’s a good thing or not. Food would not be a problem for a year. Housing would go down on pricing immediately. The only downside would be too many assholes would become bandits and do what they want. I would have to fight those to protect my loved ones. The sad part… I could deal with it. The fear? I have social anxiety, zombies would actually make it easier. I fear no zombies. My dreams would not become true anyway, with or without zombies so… there is that.
Some information about Awesome Joe Biden Santa I Already Got What I Wanted Victory Christmas shirt
Given how shit COVID was handled yeah, I’d trust that people couldn’t stay indoors etc and wouldn’t get infected and killed en masse. I have plenty of tools to destroy brains, I’m mildly ill still but I own suits of armour so that might help for the Awesome Joe Biden Santa I Already Got What I Wanted Victory Christmas shirt it is in the first place but next couple of days. Garden isn’t accessable so just gotta keep zombees away from the front, but should be able to move a few cars about to redierct herds away, the on street parking is that shit i have entire faith that some bad drivers will have blocked a lot of the road up and made a zombie car Labyrinth. I’d eventually wanna leave the city as I don’t trust not being napalmed and nuked etc I have a friend who’s uncle knows of many secret bunkers around the world (works high up in the government) so yea I’m good. Just hope those bunkers have cat food lol
This randomly popped into my head the Awesome Joe Biden Santa I Already Got What I Wanted Victory Christmas shirt it is in the first place but other day. I genuinely think I’d just throw myself off a bridge or something. Honestly have no desire to carry on in a world like that. I’m severely physically disabled and require several meds to reach less than 1/10th of my pre-illness functionality. Mentally absolutely. Physically yes but my home is not exactly fortifiable and I still don’t have any firearms. Over half of America isn’t physically ready. Think of all the easy Pickens a zombie apocalypse or an invasion of human eating aliens would have. Physically tho, (in fitness also no) because I live in the dorms of a land based collage, I feel like all me and the other students can sustain ourselves with livestock and growing crops, so food wouldn’t be a permanent problem Honestly I think I’ll welcome the excuse to off myself. Killing yourself purely because you don’t want to face the week ahead is selfish, but killing yourself because the dead have risen is just fucking pragmatic. Ain’t nobody gonna argue with that reasoning. I am ok to be on the other side and be a zombie, you’ll be the first one I’ll get since you are not prepared Oh i’m done for 5 minutes in but that’s cool I don’t really want to have to endure all that and see everyone around me suffer
I’d look for a chance to die easy and fast… why keep suffering, grinding to survive, lose loved ones, starve… Nah, i’m good I feel like you gotta specify which kinds of zombies bc if you give me Zombieland/TWD zombies we’re good to go, but some crazy ass alien then no Depends on the Awesome Joe Biden Santa I Already Got What I Wanted Victory Christmas shirt it is in the first place but type of zombies in which scenario to choose from. Regardless make sure you have a boat for ocean travel secured for long-term survival. If it’s either world War z or left for dead 2 zombies no matter how prepared you’re the vast swarms of them will destroy you in matter of about a minute or less. If it’s l4d2 zombies you better have anti tank rifle, full auto shotgun, ammor piercing rounds, and stubbornly strong hazmat suit ready on standby. Their virus even if you don’t get infected at most you become a carrier to spread it to others by air. Those special infected tanks can rip concrete out of the ground and throw cars like toys so a concrete bunker is not guaranteed to be real safe in long-term especially their rapid mutations. Ideally a full metal bunker should resolve this but, not many can afford that. Go live off at the ocean or lake they can drown. WWZ type zombies are so insane that they climb on top of eachother in a endless swarms. You might as well live in a underground bunker otherwise you better have luring loud sound devices for distraction to escape. Also make sure to have sound suppressor for your gun else they will go crazy towards the source. Otherwise go live at the ocean.
The walking dead type zombies arguably be easier to deal with but, got to be careful not to get cornered, not make lound sounds, and make sure your dead friends stay dead even if they have never been physically bitten. This is Ideally type apocalypse you would rather have that everyone could easily adapt to hypotheically and don’t have to live on the Awesome Joe Biden Santa I Already Got What I Wanted Victory Christmas shirt it is in the first place but boat. But, if you do those zombies are capable of surviving underwater dispite lack of oxygen and they can float too. You must not at any circumstances swim under water they will drown you before you even turned into one of them. Mentally, sure. Life is bad enough that another version of bad is just okay? Physically no. Absolute bedrotting in my free time. First jog/run I have to do, I’m tripping over something and going to fall and break my glasses. Thats were I die. Probably 15 minutes in.
I am prepared in case I get sick for a few weeks or if a war began (a realistic threat with Russia next door), but not really for a full-blown zombie apocalypse and societal collapse. I’m very prepared and i already have a plan to save all my family and friends and start a new village with a very specific ppl and citizens in the Awesome Joe Biden Santa I Already Got What I Wanted Victory Christmas shirt it is in the first place but heart of the the High Atlas Mountains in Morocco Only my grandfather and I know that there is a very giant, abandoned palace in the middle of the mountains, so we will have a great start there Mentally, I’ll be okay always am. Physically I’m pretty good. Some back pain. Just as long as I don’t have to run miles. I can fight with swords, know how to cook. Farm as I have a book somewhere. And I’ll figure how to get a boat and sail it. Because I’m in England and that is a big disadvantage I’d rather not be hung over in day one. I’d like at least a week to get used to the new normal before I start getting back on it.
Sure. They’re decaying bodies, all we have to do is hide away in some locked boarded up place, and wait for them to drop dead… again. And if they aren’t further decaying they’ll starve at some point once they’ve ran out of animals to eat. All we have to do is stay hidden and be armed if we absolutely must leave our shelter for food. I think a zombie apocalypse is one of the Awesome Joe Biden Santa I Already Got What I Wanted Victory Christmas shirt it is in the first place but easier apocalypses to overcome. Let the navy and military take them out. We’ll all hide while they blow them away with their tanks and grenades. Yes, and I imagine it would be a better existence than grinding away at a 9-5 where my soul is crushed every single day. If I die in the apocalypse, at least it will be swift and awesome, as compared to this slow death I’m experiencing now. Bring on the apocalypse! No I’m not prepared cause if that happens I’ll gladly just accept it and die. I don’t know how people have so much will to live.
Yep. I’ve been training and keeping myself VERY fit for the Awesome Joe Biden Santa I Already Got What I Wanted Victory Christmas shirt it is in the first place but last 3 years for two reason: the zombie apocalypse or a VR system with a game that requires a lot of movements. I’m ready for either. Dawn of the dead zombies? Absolutely. I’ve got about 1200 rounds of ammo and am a pretty decent shot. 28 days later zombies? Fuck no. Absolutely. I’ve heard human brains taste pretty good. I wouldn’t mind being a zombie. Devoid of thought and responsibility and just roaming the streets looking for food. Somewhat. Have a crossbow and plan to go for the knees from the sunroof of a truck but if I fall out of the truck I am so unfit they would get me. Mentally already in constant state of panic so seems I’m prepared. It would be a problem if I was prepared
Look … nobody gave a fuck on the Awesome Joe Biden Santa I Already Got What I Wanted Victory Christmas shirt it is in the first place but Covid pandemic.. so a Zombie apocalypse will be 99% of peoples just offering themselves as bait saying it’s not real 🥹 If i remember correctly an ivy league colleges mathematics department crunched the numbers and if a zombie apocalypse happened we would 100% all die. I would rob every luxury store, play dress up. Wear my favorite outfit from my new collection, and lay down awaiting my death in a beautiful outfit. it depends on the kind of zombies i think. but my parents are preppers (like they prep in case of an apocalypse, human or zombie), i’m a volunteer EMT who is studying epidemiology in highschool, my mom used to be an EMT, my dad has a shit ton of guns and he hunts, and we have a cabin in the middle of the woods. physically we would be totally fine. mentally??? i have no idea lmao.
Depends. Are we talking the Awesome Joe Biden Santa I Already Got What I Wanted Victory Christmas shirt it is in the first place but walking dead zombies or are we talking dawn of the dead or world War z zombies? Walking dead: absolutely. Everything is planned in my head for that scenario. Now dawn of the dead or world War z zombies: nope. Im gonna do my best to make it to the coast and steal a boat and wing it from there. I would probably survive for as long as I want to, no matter what type of zombies we talking about because I would definitelly go for wheenerblaster and 2 handguns. That way I’d triple blast those poor fuckers into oblivion. I would go full Luke Rockhold mode on them, and after a while I’d start biting them instead of another way around. Physically no not really. But mentally would I be free of this cage I’ve put my self into. Anxiety, depression. Nah I’d struggle a ton. But I’d do what I can and that’s all that matters. Please. Most of the people who will answer this are scared of spiders. Take whatever bullshit spews out of their mouths with a huge spoonful of “yeah, okay, sure bud”
Yes. I have a baseball bat and lots of homemade weapons/gardening tools that can be used as weapons at the Awesome Joe Biden Santa I Already Got What I Wanted Victory Christmas shirt it is in the first place but ready. George A.Romero style zombies? Possibly I could survive for a while. My late partner was a massive Romero fan, and even wrote his own zombie novel, unpublished and just on live journal (then some Spanish author stole it and published it) I feel like I learnt quite a lot from him re zombies and the apocalypse. Also I’d apply some of his strategies from the book as it’s all set locally and seems like really good logic Depends on the zombies. Slow shamblers who can’t climb, run, or open doors? Absolutely! The opposite? Nah I’m screwed. Honestly I would be ok with it. At the very least I would be to busy thinking how to survive to think about the things that mess me up
Although I’ve eaten most of my canned emergency food and foolishly haven’t replenished them yet, I’ve still got my bow, sword and my axe, I’m ready for zombies or a trip to mount doom. Mentally, sort of. I love the Awesome Joe Biden Santa I Already Got What I Wanted Victory Christmas shirt it is in the first place but idea of a zombie apocalypse, literally like if the world was to end i’d want it to be that dark fantasy, hope the world doesn’t end like that but i’ve given it way too much thought. I think I know what I would do, but to survive with others is another thing. The world will not be the same and people are definitely not to be trusted even more so than the undead lol. Physically, i’m ok.. like i’m active and can put in work but I have a lot of addictions and other luxuries of the modern world to give up. No matter how prepared you think you are a zombie apocalypse would be an insane change to try and survive in
I’ve got the Awesome Joe Biden Santa I Already Got What I Wanted Victory Christmas shirt it is in the first place but smarts and know-how for a zombie apocalypse, but with my reliance on 7+ prescription drugs to keep this body alive (insulin, blood pressure meds, triglyceride lowering meds, stomach meds) I’m probably dead in a few months unless I rob pharmacies. Even then, meds will run out eventually, and I’ll make sure I’ve got a nice big syringe of hydromorphone to make my passing easy. But, to be honest, I’ll probably die trying to escape or outrun them. Been somewhat crippled a long time from back problems and severe neuropathy; I don’t have endurance anymore. i’m not mentally nor physically prepared to get out of bed every day, i sure as hell am not preparedfor it to become a zombie apocalypse.
Do they run or just walk…this is a swaying factor? I need to stock up on my ammo. Also is there a Warm Bodies chance because that changes things. Are we ever fully prepared and ready for anything in life? No…but we always find a way to adapt. Yes and no. Inasmuch as I have been aware for a long time that I do not have main character skills and I am clearly the Awesome Joe Biden Santa I Already Got What I Wanted Victory Christmas shirt it is in the first place but extra who dies first in the opening scene of any apocalypse movie. I’m much more ready for zombies than a solar storm like 1859, volcano eruption like 536, a serious pandemic like 1918 (or even 1982), or the Golf stream stopping due to climate change (very unlikely before 2025). Any physicist can do a back of the envelope calculation that in a zombie apocalypse the zombies will be out of energy in a very short time.
If they can smell me from further than 2km or even 2miles, I should be fine. I have lots of crops and some livestock around me, but almost no humans. I would need to get them all together once and we should be fine. Other than having to trust them not to have us all killed, I feel prepared. However just gonna say it sure would be nice to no longer have any rules to have to live by. That is, if i do survive long enough to not have to. Physically, unfortunately not due to chronic illness. But mentally I’ve got it all planned out assuming it happens the Awesome Joe Biden Santa I Already Got What I Wanted Victory Christmas shirt it is in the first place but way I figure it would. Honestly, if a zombie apocalypse never happens I think my life’s purpose would be wasted. Somehow a dystopian world makes far better sense to me & frankly scares me less than normal life today. I am on the spectrum yes. People confuse me, the mundane & superficial part of human interaction at least. Surprisingly yes. We are some what doomsday preppers. We are ready, we have window protection from the inside, could be fully self sufficient with fruit and veg, we have 7ft fences on a pretty big block, water tanks, water filters and desalination, we are both advance first aider (although they don’t have zombie first aid). We have enough solar to power our house to keep things running. We have two houses on our property and enough enclosed 7ft land for about 6 caravans for our family.
It may sound over the Awesome Joe Biden Santa I Already Got What I Wanted Victory Christmas shirt it is in the first place but top, but we haven’t don’t anything excessive to our needs every day if any sort of pandemic, war, zoombies, economy break down. Yes. But the main question is, are you ready first your family to wake you in the middle of the night by chewing on your legs? I was thinking about this actually an hour ago. I think when the apocalypse happens, I’m gonna try to find a commune of people who have given up religion and just live off the land and have dedicated themselves to rediscovering the old crafts of sewing, mending, foraging, subsistence farming, etc. the hardest part though will be fending off the bands of looters that are going to be roaming around. It’s such a tragedy of the common that because you know one person is going to be evil, everyone has to act in self defense. I sincerely hope that when apocalypse happens we’ll just get a whole priority reset and only focus on survival for a change. Thinking of how in Stephen King’s The Stand, people are either marauding sex traffickers or chill dudes fishing and drinking beer. There’s no I’m between
