Probably not what you’re asking for but in an intoxicated state and in the Autism Dad Fighter For My Son Shirt But I will love this presence of friends with an air rifle I made the poor decision that it would be funny to dare my friend to shoot me in the leg with the air rifle. What’s the worst that could happen, right? From close range those tiny little bullets go through skin. It felt like when someone hits just the right spot in your upper arm with their knuckle and your arm feels a little numb for awhile, except it feels numb for a day or two. Three days later I decided to visit the hospital, where I had an x-ray taken which showed the lead bullet lodged into my leg and against my bone. The doctor decided that we could just leave it there as long as I had a blood test taken a few years later to check for lead poisoning. I got shot in the face with a shotgun…but from like 50 feet away. We were duck hunting and I was looking toward a duck when another hunter shot it when it was between us. I saw the water v as the pellets got closer. It hurt like hell to get a face full of pellets. Thankfully the distance saved me and my face. I had red spots for the day but that was it.

Took a 5.56 steel core ricochet to the Autism Dad Fighter For My Son Shirt But I will love this shoulder. Less than 2″ deep, but I have an awesome scar from it going up my arm. Definitely wasn’t my ricochet, and I haven’t been to the range with that guy again (shot steel way, way too close with a rifle after being told not to) Anyway, like everyone else, it took a few seconds to process. After that it burned like hell. Seriously it felt like someone stabbed me with a red hot poker. It didn’t take all that long to heal, and I had it out real damn fast. Didn’t go to my doctor like I should have due to straight up embarrassment. ever been stabbed? pretty much like that. well, as long as the blade was sharp. its fast, warm and takes longer than you would expect to realize its a gsw. took one step and it was my ankle giving out that told me before the real pain kicked in. I wasn’t shot on purpose or with a live round so not quite what asked for but I had an idiot ND into my back with a wadded blank from a .75 caliber black powder muzzle loader (works out to about 11 gauge in shotgun terms). The most obvious effect was I completely lost my hearing for about a minute (still may actually have some residual hearing loss from that) and it felt like I had been punched pretty hard in the back. Luckily it only left a big ol bruise and some possible light hearing damage.
