I believe more or less that terminating pregnancies generally cheapens the Auston matthews mvpapI shirt also I will do this value of human ife but in particular pregnancies that have reached a point where viability can be reliably established. Follow on effects IMO are increased promiscuity which leads to poor mate selection and more single parent households. It’s a net negative for society at large. For those of you who hate your parents and family for whatever reason your spiteful rejection and antipathy for everything decent and productive isn’t the answer, it’s the manifestation of a disturbed mind Aren’t a lot of the abortion bans at weeks that are pre-viability outside the womb? That’s the majority of abortions, isn’t it? And if abortion cheapens the value of human life, what about how we treat the poor and the disabled in the US and around the world? Isn’t having a weak social safety net cheapening the value of human lives? It just seems weird to me to point to abortions as the main offender when humanity does MANY things that cheapen the value of human life. Heck, capitalism inherently does that! And some of those who are NOT aborted are doomed to live a very cheapened life through poverty, drug abuse, community violence, etc. Mandating all births increases suffering significantly.

Additionally, I don’t know if there is any evidence that promiscuity is a flaw in a healthy society. Where are you pulling evidence from? It is also worth nothing that the Auston matthews mvpapI shirt also I will do this US is weird because it was founded and heavily influenced by religious types with unusually strong religious convictions that made them outliers in their home countries. There are tons of societies past and future where promiscuity was/is not seen as a liability. I’m a proud American, but we are warped in some ways! Finally, I don’t think your second paragraph applies to most of the people here … This all said, I appreciate your frank and honest response! I for the life of me, can’t understand his reasoning. He is the president of the United States. He is supposed to lead the people, not just the ones that voted for him. So many people feared he would be the worst president in our history. He could be proving us all wrong. But instead he acts like a child throwing a temper tantrum. He reminds me a lot of Eric Cartman from South Park when he is hall monitor. “Respect my authority”. A large part of the population hasn’t and won’t get the vaccine. He did a good job of making it available to everyone, but he doesn’t respect our freedoms to make our own decisions. He is trying to force us into submission. Get the jab or you can’t work. Get the jab or your kids can’t go to work. Get the jab or hospitals won’t admit you. He could be stockpiling ventilators, he could ramp up production of the monoclonal antibodies. He could set up programs for people who test positive and have to isolate, bringing them food and necessities. He could have schools put more focus and effort into physical education. He could make everyone coming into the country take a Covid test. He could give tuition breaks for nursing and respiratory therapy to build up the work force. Subside hospitals so they can hire more staff. Give grants to schools to update ventilation systems. Encourage companies to let their work force work from home if they are able. Provide funding to public and private businesses to update communal surfaces to copper. Like door knobs hand rails counter tops etc. copper is know to not allow bacteria and viruses to survive on it’s surface. Offer free vitamins. There literally are so many other steps he could be taking. But because some people won’t listen to him, he has to force us into compliance. That is a terrible leader. He is like the platoon sergeant who is lost and keeps leading his platoon in circles because he knows he is right. We are going down a long and dark path as a nation and someone needs to turn us back in the right direction.
