I’d tolerate a cup that was foisted upon me after several months but I didn’t truly fancy a cup again for about 3 years. I switched my milk from full fat to semi-skimmed and this helped me with this exact thing. Perhaps reducing the fat content of the milk may help (a little). It could be placebo for me but as long as my brain allows me to enjoy a brew I’m happy :’)
