Hope you get what your seeking but is the Any woman can be a mother but takes special dog mom paws shirt But I will love this bonus part of the union agreement to share it? I ask this as union rules are clearly defined. Take Amazon Truck drivers for instance. There striking has all but evaporated. Amazon outsources driving to a 3rd party company who determines wages and pay. Hence there is nothing Amazon can do as they have countered none of them are actually employees even though the truck says Amazon, the shirt says Amazon. Its clearly defined. Not the best example but only one that popped into my head. One of the issues of a clearly defined work agreement is anything outside of it is not violating anything. You guys are seriously being taken advantage of and we all know they can’t hire replacements for everyone without going out of business. You can’t ‘wildcat’ or strike over money because of this (can never strike over money), but you can make the next contract hurt. Just be prepared to walk when it’s time to go to the table.

Are they violating your union CBA? If so then it probably needs to go to arbitration and it would be pretty easy to claw back the Any woman can be a mother but takes special dog mom paws shirt But I will love this bonus you are owed. If they aren’t doing anything that violates CBA then I’m not sure how you would call for a strike. You don’t even have to do that. Just work to pace to deliver the product on time from now on. Perhaps some weird issue will occur so that its delivered a day late even. All you have to do is talk to your trusted co workers. A small minority can accomplish this. I like most people can’t afford to strike and have no union. But this is exactly the type of shit they pull until someone puts the screws to them. Fucking ridiculous that we have to constantly keep our defenses up while higher ups can live lavishly while constantly encroaching on workers rights and benefits. I’m so sick of this shit and really hope a general strike is something we can all unite for someday soon Yup, and as the commenter that you are commenting to; I, too, am a pizza eater and put up with it. They have us figured out just fine which was my point in answering OP’s question, “Do they think we’re brain dead monkeys” or something like that.
