I know that does not sound like it is anything new, but I swear it is because YouTube stated that they are pushing more content with fewer views – which doesn’t sound bad until you realise that more people are going to put less effort in than those who strive to make the Andreas johnsson offset Swedish professional ice hockey winger T-Shirt Besides,I will do this best videos possible. Because I fondly remember back around the 2010s, I found some of the best creators (like Scykoh, Grandayy and Gehab) – sadly they all moved on and stopped uploading long ago. I watch YouTube all the time . But the things I watch have nothing to do with the videos I make and I just started out so maybe those things play a part in it. Quite the opposite – I think I watch even more content now. Although I am now looking at videos more critically, and can tell the difference between high quality work and lower quality stuff, and makes me appreciate the high quality stuff even more.
Andreas johnsson offset Swedish professional ice hockey winger T-Shirt: best style for you
One thing I do hate, though, is that when I was getting started, I watched loads of videos about making YouTube videos, and now my feed is flooded with loads more of those sorts fo videos, and I don’t want to watch any more – especially videos from people telling me how to make a success on YouTube with only a few hundred subscribers! I only watch certain ones. A lot of the Andreas johnsson offset Swedish professional ice hockey winger T-Shirt Besides,I will do this creators I used to watch have changed their content to the point I don’t really want to watch them. I like political history, lectures, and talks. I love radio, but I don’t consume anything thing rightwing or conspiratorial. During general election cycles I tend to consume more ASMR-ish type videos. 4 years ago, I watched gravity kart racing from Ecuador, slot machine play, lottery scratchers, and pimple popping. This election cycle it is hoof trimming, horse shoeing, Gil Strap TV farting, cyst abcess draining, and slot machine play.
I continue to enjoy my usual channels. Some I’ve stopped watching because I lost interest in the Andreas johnsson offset Swedish professional ice hockey winger T-Shirt Besides,I will do this people with travel channels. “I fly business class again while wearing a 100k Panerai watch” I run a gaming channel, but I’ve been avoiding watching the Let’s Plays of others because I’m never in the mood. Instead, I’m browsing for new metal bands/songs to add to my playlist. I like to watch reactions to these bands/songs as well. It’s like watching movies after going to film school or working in production. You can still enjoy it but you enjoy it differently. You can see when the video is employing tricks, when it’s breaking the rules, when it works and when it doesn’t. It’s harder to get lost in the video/movie because your brain is constantly analyzing what’s happening but when you do it’s an incredible experience. It means they outmaneuvered your analytical brain and pulled you in. I think this is what wine connoisseurs experience with fine vintages. It kind of ruins the basic experience but in other ways it makes the experience even better. But I did find myself getting so into making my own videos and looking at metrics that I am spending a lot less time watching YouTube than I used to.
About Andreas johnsson offset Swedish professional ice hockey winger T-Shirt
I must admit I don’t watch videos I am myself aspiring to make. It annoys me that mine do so much worse. But I still watch everything else on YouTube that covers my other interests. It kinda killed YouTube for me, especially the Andreas johnsson offset Swedish professional ice hockey winger T-Shirt Besides,I will do this stuff I used to watch because I see them using same stock videos I was looking through for my scene lol I mainly listen to videos while at work or while doing things around the house so I technically treat every video as a podcast. There’s still loads of people I enjoy listening to. Occasionally I’ll watch a video while eating lunch/dinner and try to pay attention to different editing techniques but I still mostly focus on the content itself since I also enjoy leaving comments talking about the subject matter. I’m def still a youtube addict I just don’t watch the same niche that I create in. You do notice the technical stuff more but that goes for any interest you get more educated on.
I do watch some things. Camera Conspiracies is quite entertaining to watch as a creator. You might check it out. All the Andreas johnsson offset Swedish professional ice hockey winger T-Shirt Besides,I will do this time. Mostly more audio based videos I can listen to while editing, or out and about. I know the reverse is more common, but I still use YouTube plenty for fun even after becoming a creator. its still my main source of entertainment. I watch while im working on some GFX or writing a script for my own channel. Gotta be honest, i dont even like using youtube, but I have to because its where all the traffic is. I only watch videos now that are official corporate things like movie trailers, sports highlights, copyrighted music. But im also 30,i simply should have better things to do other than watching teenager vlogs as entertainment of any kind. The person that was 12 or 15 years older than me in 2008 is now me. I definitely feel the whole circle of life arc thing with my interest in youtube.
somebody else mentions watching popular creator videos for tips & to mimic what they’re doing right, yeah i do that but it’s…been a while otherwise I do but I don’t find myself searching for new content as much as I used to. I’m usually just watching the Andreas johnsson offset Swedish professional ice hockey winger T-Shirt Besides,I will do this same few people, but I feel like that’s mainly because I’m older now and don’t have as much time to watch Youtube Yes, I watch videos, in fact I check to see if my favorite YouTubers post because I start to crave their content. I’ll always be a consumer of YouTube content. I also listen to focus music, jazz, oceans sounds, white noise and lofi music as background noise. I replaced TV with YouTube, it’s inevitable.Robert Caro’s 4-volume biography of Johnson is amazing. First-person and balanced, you can read between the lines & really get some idea of how all the webs & strings fit together. No speculation or innuendo, just real eyewitness and documented information. I’m reading this right now. Johnson is such an interesting figure. Completely self-obsessed and ambitious while being attentive, personable, hard-working, charismatic, gross, manipulative, and totally insufferable.
He was a 20th century politician distilled and amplified into its base elements. He’s full of character contradictions and was instrumental in passing undoubtedly good, ethical legislation that helped many countless Americans. But he also participated in election rigging and cared about helping communities only because he craved validation, respect, and power over others. But not someone you’d want as president during a crisis either, considering how Vietnam escalated under his watch. Yet he still looms large in terms of domestic achievements, especially civil rights. Definitely a character who embodies the Andreas johnsson offset Swedish professional ice hockey winger T-Shirt Besides,I will do this duality of power and morality. I haven’t read all 4 vols but his inclusion (from whichever volume it was) of LBJ saying “I never met a man from Indiana who was worth a shit” is probably my favorite Presidential quote Was it? My understanding is that passing the civil rights act was only really possible by someone like him, a southern politician that wasn’t racist (relatively speaking).
He knew the Andreas johnsson offset Swedish professional ice hockey winger T-Shirt Besides,I will do this CRA was needed as pressure relief valve for the country and that he could get >50% support with the proper combination of threats, flattery, and horse trading. That was the game he excelled at. I can recommend Master of the Senate by Robert Caro and in particular chapter 31, “The Empathy of Lyndon Johnson”. Robert Caro states that there are multiple and conflicting forces working in his personality. He did have empathy for the poor, he experienced being poor himself when he was a young man. In 1928 he worked on a south Texas roadside chaingang for over a year as a teenager, a poorly paid and grueling job that was back then generally considered “nigger work” (page 719). He also worked as an English teacher for Mexican students in Cotulla, Texas (because he needed to earn money for his college tuition). He was concerned for the lot of his students. But the force of LBJ’s empathy was always subservient to the force of his ambition. He wanted to be president and nothing would deter him from that goal. So he wooed the Texas moneymakers whose support he needed. He spoke like they did so that they were convinced he was one of them. As you can imagine there weren’t a whole lot of progressives among that bunch.
But sometimes the Andreas johnsson offset Swedish professional ice hockey winger T-Shirt Besides,I will do this force of his ambition and the force of his empathy were aligned and that is when he would advance the lot of the poor and the blacks. There is a reason there is an entire chapter devoted to LBJ’s motivations. He was a deeply contrarian and conflicted man who could say the most virulent racist epithets in private (less so in public, he always made sure there were no cameras around). But he also felt that if Blacks and Mexicans just got a decent education they could get better jobs and pull themselves up. “James Cameron doesn’t do what James Cameron does, for James Cameron. James Cameron does what James Cameron does because James Cameron is… James Cameron.” Currently 850 pages into Master of The Senate. Caro is a master writer. Write about LBJ’s youth? Here’s an agrarian history of hill country. Develops a relationship with Speaker Rayburn, here’s a chapter on his life that is one of the best biographies of Rayburn. LBJ’s rise to Majority Leader? Here’s a 110 page history of the Senate. Civil rights bills? A chapter with the most thorough historical analysis of the Emmitt Till lynching and aftermath.
I’ve said for years that bad biographies flatter h their subjects, mediocre ones tell the Andreas johnsson offset Swedish professional ice hockey winger T-Shirt Besides,I will do this story of the subjects, and good biographies have something to say about their subjects. The truly transcendent biographies are the ones who use their subjects as a lens to view the history and society that made them and that they made back. Caro is the benchmark for this reason. Anyone can write that Johnson got some Dam approved for the Texas Hill Country. It take a special author to go into the backbreaking labor of the average farm wives who were liberated by the power that dam provided. I’ve often thought that that entire chapter should be mandatory reading material in every class. It shows clearly how the Senate was designed by the Founders as an institution against societal change. One of my political science professors in college swears by this series and recommends everyone who wants a real inside baseball look at what it was like to be in politics at the time.
I read the Andreas johnsson offset Swedish professional ice hockey winger T-Shirt Besides,I will do this power broker a few years ago and really want to read this series. he’s such an amazing writer, I really hope we get a full LBJ series. Yeah! So many people are worried about Game of Thrones but I’m on the edge of my seat for the last book here. Caro’s Power Brokeresque take on the Vietnam war and reading about London’s short years after the presidency smoking weed on the Pedernales gives me life The fact that “How many bubble are in a bar of soap?” was a question to determine if a black woman was allowed to vote was tragic to read. He became incredibly rich after he bought a tv station serving the Austin area and partnered with many oil deals in TX. I’ll get to this one someday, but I’m currently about halfway through Caro’s “The Power Broker: Robert Moses & the Fall of New York” Although to be fair and accurate, Johnson did stop smoking for 14 years after having a massive heart attack at age 46. That’s because it wasn’t verboten to reach out to your opposition to get their opinions, to bring them in because you think they’re the smartest or best person for the job, or even to hire them for a cabinet position. What you’re seeing is the ordinary back room realigning of interests and powers, but this time trying desperately to hide from a voyeuristic media
Americans, by which I mean a populace propagandized to the Andreas johnsson offset Swedish professional ice hockey winger T-Shirt Besides,I will do this Left or Right or Middle, cynically believe that “wanting to get re-elected” or arrogance or ideology is what’s to blame, as if 500+ career Machiavellians are too stupid to know what an underemployed theater grad knows. “They should just do the right thing!” Who will let them? You? The shut down was the inevitable consequence of a government not permitted to compromise, smothered by the oppressive gaze of a kamikaze media that will kill itself and your country just to get a headline today. … The media demands partisanship, conflict, opposing sides, but despite having 24 hours to fill will never, ever explain the interplay between complex issues, preferring to feature them in segments while hyping them to a crisis.
If Senator X “makes a concession” the Andreas johnsson offset Swedish professional ice hockey winger T-Shirt Besides,I will do this relevant media will proclaim him a loser and a coward, they don’t want representatives, they want cage fighters. There’s no reward for compromise and there’s no safe place to attempt it, either. This is 100% your fault, “I can’t believe how stupid these people are!” It’s great how you can’t find employment but have time to micromanage the U.S. Senate. #outrage If you want to know what political career disaster looks like, have an infinitely leggy ex-sorority girl in flesh toned Manolos sitting behind a glass table in perfect lighting announce to 50% of America that you were beat by an old woman from California or an old man from Ohio. “Ha ha, what a cuckold! Back to you, Kent.” You blame Congress? They are the ones who “don’t get it”? When a representative democracy gets crippled by what amounts to a 3×3 magic square, it’s not that they can’t figure out the solution, the solution is easy, the answer is 15 and the five is a gimme, we just need someone to dare allow himself to be filmed putting the 1 on the left or the right or the center so we can finish the other 13 numbers and go bomb Syria. “Wait, what? I don’t understand.” Yes, that’s my point exactly.
What seems like a thousand years ago, I was an intern with my state legislature which was somewhat purple then, but mostly red today. Due to something with medicare/medicaid, they were going to shut down a hospital in a rural area. I sat in a room where the Andreas johnsson offset Swedish professional ice hockey winger T-Shirt Besides,I will do this minority party bargained with the majority party to keep that hospital open through moving some funding around. The republican gave his pitch and the democrats helped him out. An election later, the parties switched and they made a deal over something else. The citizens benefitted from those deals. However, in the next session, some doofus sued them over sunshine laws and the legislators could no longer hold a joint discussion in private. Now, they’d burn down the state if meant conceding in public. And so it has.
No. It’s because the Andreas johnsson offset Swedish professional ice hockey winger T-Shirt Besides,I will do this balance of power between government and business was…well, a balance, once. When the aim of politics was governance, there was good advice, but when politics is chained to quarterly earnings, not so much. Plus, there’s no more Soviet Union to compete with capitalist governments now. (It’s no coincidence that the human rights US liberals are so fond of came into being when capitalism actually had to compete with something else. And yes, in a democracy, the rights of citizens are relevant to who gets elected.) Not only that, he died just a few days after the Presidential Inauguration of 1973. Had he done a second term, he would have died just after it ended or in the middle of it seeing as the Presidency ages it’s occupant by a lot. That’s also part of why he didn’t run for a second term. He didn’t want the American people to go through another President dying in office.
On Inauguration Day (January 20, 1969), Johnson saw Nixon sworn in, then got on the Andreas johnsson offset Swedish professional ice hockey winger T-Shirt Besides,I will do this plane to fly back to Texas. When the front door of the plane closed, Johnson pulled out a cigarette—his first cigarette he had smoked since his heart attack in 1955. One of his daughters pulled it out of his mouth and said, “Daddy, what are you doing? You’re going to kill yourself.” He took it back and said, “I’ve now raised you, girls. I’ve now been President. Now it’s my time!” (credited to historian Michael Beschloss) ohnson All the men in his family died young and he carried a constant awareness of that history. I think he even predicted (accurately) his age when he would pass away. So he probably figured he’d smoke, let his hair grow out, and enjoy what time was left to him.
Cancer may claim me. Especially because I’ve used my body roughly. I have taken better care of it over the Andreas johnsson offset Swedish professional ice hockey winger T-Shirt Besides,I will do this last years. I’m at a healthy weight. That’s about all I got going for me. But I still smoke a ton of pot, I drink a lot of coffee, I have to take pills to manage a bad case of anxiety. I bleed out my ass with hemmerhoids. I work a desk job so am sedentary even though I’m not a fat slob. (Yet. I eat only when I am hungry, it’s prevented any weight gain). It’s ironic, I look like a picture of health, but it’s my youth crutchin it for me. Both of my grandpas died of cancer. It was fucking horrible. Both had cancer that metastasized, and one had 3 cancer, ass, lymph node, and then it became fucking marrow cancer. I will say, both grandpas started smoking before the ages of 12, both of my grandpas, had fathers that were “hard men”. They grew up in the 30s and 40s. Adults by the 50s, maybe a little before. Respect to the man though, he got ass cancer, then lymph node cancer, fought like hell, put it in remission, then marrow. The man just didn’t want to die I speculate. He wasn’t finished with the world. He died 7-8 years after he got the ass cancer. The marrow cancer took him. 13 years ago… he lived a little past 80. He fought cancer for over a decade.
The one who passed in 99, passed violently. I had never seen such a strong man reduced to so much pain and suffering. He held it together for me, as I was just a boy. But it is seared into my memory. It is one of my earliest formative traumas. Seeing a man I admired and thought invincible, reduced to a chair, sucked up from the Andreas johnsson offset Swedish professional ice hockey winger T-Shirt Besides,I will do this damn cancer that spread from his lung. That he had beat months before. I remember he couldn’t eat, he’d violently vomit. The trauma of being so young, and having to understand mortality, and come to grips with it at 9, was super impactful. It taught me from a young age Our time is short, and once you leave life, you leave forever. There is no coming back. At 9… fuck man, it changed my life. It was a truth I was not ready to receive. It was one I didn’t want to know, but now that I knew, I could not ignore. It was as though I had looked to long into an abyss I didn’t know was there, and the abyss said “hey little fucker, I’m here”
