I see so many kids with parents who don’t want to be parents. Don’t be that person. Kids deserve better. If you aren’t 100% sure you want kids. Don’t do it. I’m like wtf do the parents do, or is the kid like a social status symbol to complete their narrative? It’s more fun to go out partying and the kids are old enough to be left home without paying for a babysitter. There isn’t much reason… just a lot of poor choices and not caring about kids social emotional wellness vs their fun times.

It’s a learn on the job situation and that’s always a little scary. But you need to be 100% sure you want to be a parent. Like 100% sure you’re going to give your 100% – you can’t be like eh maybe I want a kid maybe I don’t not sure how I feel about it because it’s literally an irreversible decision. I think what op meant was there are parents who didn’t want to be parents or weren’t sure they wanted kids, but had them anyway. That’s always really sad.
