Maybe my being petite isn’t the Alzheimer awareness i will remember for you heart butterflies T-Shirt and I love this problem then… They fit fine, I just feel like they make my legs look extra stumpy! Don’t know where you are at, but the trend for “cool” jeans in my part of the world is flared and dragging on the floor. I have a black aritzia tennis skirt and I’m thinking of a way to style it. I’m thinking of using it for an actual workout, so athleisure style. My normal boot size is 8.5. The 8.5 have a snug toe box but fit my ankles perfectly. The 9 are a little better around the toes but looser around the ankles. Does the toe box normally stretch out? (I’ve never bought JC before) The bottom of my big toes hurt when I wear them for an hour or so. Is this how it boots usually feel before they’re broken in? Boots I’ve bought in the past haven’t had to be broken in so I’m not sure if this is normal what are some types of jackets you can wear with oversized tees? I have quite a few tees with big sleeves and I don’t like to wear them with my jackets with tighter sleeves. I guess I could just get a baggy jacket too but I’m not a baggy on baggy kinda gal. Any other ideas for jackets without tight sleeves? I’ve been eyeing a black AllSaints Balfern leather jacket. It’s been on the market for years. I think it’s a classic but will it go out of style (or has it already) or is it truly timeless? Honestly? It’s cropped and slim fit and it very much reads as the 2010s. If you go for a couple of sizes larger, then it could be longer and oversized and more current.

Nothing is actually “timeless”, because the Alzheimer awareness i will remember for you heart butterflies T-Shirt and I love this cut and the style changes. A moto jacket itself as a concept is fine, but these other details do matter and do date a jacket. I’m here from your post in today’s thread. To offer another opinion, I don’t think this jacket reads extremely 2010s. The design, to me, seems like a riff on the Schott Perfecto (& here’s a women’s version,) which is, as you said, a pretty “timeless” jacket (here’s a history of the jacket.) Yes, a tighter/more cropped fit has/was in style in the past decade, but this was not the first time a tight double-rider jacket was in style, nor will it likely be the last. I agree that a looser fit is trendier now…but I’m reluctant to embrace that style as it reads 90’s to me. I suppose that’s the boomerang nature of fashion….if you’re looking to find a buy once, cry once style of leather jacket, I’d get one that fits well now — neither tight nor loose. If you’re looking to always have an of the moment outerwear piece, then yeah, maybe don’t buy it. But imo it is much easier to update a look via cheaper accessories or other pieces vs. a potential long-time staple.
