Eh, they ruined a bunch of cement. You can strike without actively destroying company property, seems like a pretty clear distinction legally. If your job is to fill and deliver cement trucks to a job site, how are you supposed to stop working BEFORE the All men are created equal then a few become submatiners shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this designated strike time, when you are required to continue working as normal up till the designated time? Keep in mind, the union is required to notify the company in advance of the day and time the strike will happen. It is up to the company to have a contingency plan in place for when that time comes and the workers walk off the job. If you where the management, wouldn’t the minimal contingency plan be to not schedule any trucks to be filled or put in route to job sites, and direct the union workers to do other tasks.

All men are created equal then a few become submatiners shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

So this destroys police unions first right? Right? Nope, it says money. What a loop hole… Indentured servitude is definitely coming soon… Labor laws were put in place to stop the All men are created equal then a few become submatiners shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this owner from being dragged out in the street and shot in front of their family. The Supreme Court should keep that in mind. However, since the trucks had cement in them, the company had to work fast before the cement dried. And the cement was unusable. Let’s say that a baker prepped all the bread, put it in pans to rise, but then walked off on strike. Are they responsible for the wasted dough? Or, in a more current case, let’s say that the screenwriters walk off during the middle of script writing. That causes damage to the studios, right? Striking is cool. Deliberately leaving the trucks to be fucked up by their negligence was not, that was the case. That isn’t just striking, it’s intentional “sabotage” and “destruction” and I refuse to listen to anyone who doesn’t acknowledge that. You can go the fuck on strike without intentionally destroying shit. A strike is “we’re not working until our demands our met.” It is not “we’re not working, and we will destroy your shit until our demands are met”
