I know and it shouldn’t bother me, but I remember how it took 3 months after the 4th of july patriotic 1776 liberties T-Shirt In addition,I will do this person before me left to hire me and how it took me over a month to fix every mistake they made in those 3 months, I feel bad for my eventual replacement. Really all business. When you consider that a pass in school is 50-65% most of the time, that’s a lot of errors in the business world! The fact there are any that survive is a wonder. A successful business is to some extent a cooperative endeavor. It requires just wages. Its not fascism or monarchy. If they can’t afford just wages they should go under. Op honestly sounds like they have Stockholm Syndrome lol. If people treated me like this and I had a job somewhere else lined up you bet your ass I would just say, “Welp, the two weeks notice was a courtesy but since you refuse to give me any consider this my last minute notice”.

I will never understand why a worker with no financial stakes in a company would care at all about the 4th of july patriotic 1776 liberties T-Shirt In addition,I will do this state of the company they’re leaving. That company never included you in its growth, why would you feel any responsibility over its potential demise? This isn’t meant in an incendiary way, but I don’t get why someone would feel so guilty for leaving. It’s a business decision. Treat it as such. He continues to treat you horribly. Why stay? Leave. This is when you have the most leverage. Use it, as any business would. Think of it this way – you’re in business for yourself. Sometimes, decisions have to be made. Business owners don’t (or at least, shouldn’t) take it personally when conducting business. Leave the emotions at the door, and so what you must for you. Take a break, go on a vacation, or just spend some time doing nothing. Either way – rest, relax, recharge for your better opportunity. For real. When I quit my last job my boss was pissed so I put it to him this way “If this company were selling its’ parts for a completely random number like let’s say $18.76 and another customer comes along willing to pay $24 for that part who do you sell to?” When he said the new customer I said “Well, my new boss pays $24/hr so not only am I happy to take it I also will not accept less, its just business right?”
