I quite literally just play video games all day when I work from home. I force myself into the 36 Years 1986 2022 Top Gun Shirt In addition,I will do this office to do shit I should be able to scratch my balls and shoot God don’t when I scratch too hard… That’s why I don’t wanna be in office. I was told by a vendor that they audited themselves and found that the company is more productive when people are in the office. I do much better work when in office as there are distractions at home. I have my own office at work so it’s quite pleasant. Working from home is great sometimes but I would probably end up being distracted easier than in my office Except when it does. I was forced to remote study by my university (Electrical Eng.) and flunked because of that. Tell my company this. I was promoted and relocated during the peak of Covid. Until recently everyone has been remote now that we’re back in the office part time I’m seriously considering leaving what is a dream job. Being away from friends and family along with my job being 90% travel has been a lot harder mentally then I expected. I’m sure some jobs can do this successfully long term, but it doesn’t work for us beyond the odd WFH day. Even then I can see drawbacks in our everyday work. Doesn’t work for my profession generally, and even if it does for a particular individual- others are disadvantaged by it. eg. older experienced worker might be able to be really productive, but younger people miss out on all he little incidental interactions that promote knowledge, growth, career development.

We’ve had “teleconferencing” for decades, but companies still pay thousands to fly people across the 36 Years 1986 2022 Top Gun Shirt In addition,I will do this world for meetings. There’s good reasons for this. It must be just me, the idea of working from is just horrible. I have no issue with others doing it but school from home destroyed my mental health, this would too. I hope that in the future 100% of things won’t be online online only. I manage 10 people. Decided to have them come in one day a week. Productivity went DOWN. I’m asking them all to continue working from home. It’s official? This is one study of an oil and gas company of 264 employees, before, during and after Hurricane Harvey in 2017. Sure, this gives some information about productivity based on technology usage, but remote work is a nuanced subject that works for some, and doesn’t for others. If your company offers it as an option, great. If it doesn’t, but you want to WFH, then you’ll probably have to find a job that does.
