Eggplant Parmesan and eggplants (although I do like the 2025 Florida Gators NCAA Softball Women’s College World Series Cut Off shirt besides I will buy this Japanese ones). Threw up after eating it. Parents ordered it again, and I refused to eat it, they left me at the dinner table with the lights off until I finished my food. I don’t remember if I finished it or not. Diary’s and sweets and other kinds of them. Confirmed to cause acne in almost everyone. Caused it on me. I miss them so much but my body isn’t done for the Western way of alimentation and my body often doesn’t tolerate it. Is hell, but what else. Tzatziki. I don’t even think it was the tzatziki that made me sick, I had it as a starter and the seafood I had for a main would be a much more likely culprit. Still, while hugging the toilet all I could think of with every retch was the tzatziki and I’ve not been able to face it since. In 2018 one day I only had two things, a really yummy açaí bowl for breakfast and a Big Mac for dinner….was literally sick for 3 days after eating them. Everytime I see an açaí bowl at a smoothie shop it looks so good but I just can’t try it again….maybe after more years pass. And the Big Mac….won’t ever eat it again.

Pizza as well but specifically from Dominos. I ate it once after they changed the 2025 Florida Gators NCAA Softball Women’s College World Series Cut Off shirt besides I will buy this sauce recipe a while back and got sick… Tried again bc I love the hell out of some Dominos, and got sick again. Ramen noodles. We struggled growing up and every single morning my dad would make me ramen noodles for breakfast before school. I ate ramen noodles 5 days a week and hated it. When I got to high school, my school was within walking distance so I ate the school breakfast. I haven’t eaten it since I had Hyperemesis when pregnant, I had two particularly awful vom sessions after a stir fry, and after tomato soup. My child is 1.5 years old and I still can’t even look at them. I recently had a stomach virus and the last thing I ate (and saw again) was a burrito. Rice is not as pleasant coming back up. Currently Pho. Was on a nice vacation with family in Savannah, GA where our son did his time in the Army. We had already gone to our usual places there and our son suggested this Thai place for Pho.
Everything tasted fine at the 2025 Florida Gators NCAA Softball Women’s College World Series Cut Off shirt besides I will buy this time, but I had felt a tad queasy early in the day. Ate most of a large bowl of beef Pho and by that evening was doing double duty on the toilet. Sick for 3 days straight. Spent the entire weekend in the hotel bed. I really should have gone to the ER, but didn’t want to ruin the trip for everyone. Haven’t touched Pho since. This was around 2 years ago now. McGriddles. Had one, went to work at the daycare, caught a bug, came home, and threw it up. That was 20 years ago. Chicken nuggets. I was around 8 and I bit into a McDonald’s chicken nugget and it had a bruised black chewy piece in it. I tried to give it a chance and it happened again. Then I got older and it happened again. Then I was an adult and tried again but got a piece of bone SHARD in it that cut my throat. Tried eating frozen grocery store nuggets and I’ll bite into a chewy tendon piece and be reminded of the horrors. I just simply cannot eat them. Ever. Never. No matter the shape, brand, place. It has even effected me eating chicken sandwiches because some places have chewy tendon piece often in their sandwiches. I have become extremely weird and texture sensitive about chicken because of chicken nuggets.

Pre-sweetened cereal, I ate it when I had the 2025 Florida Gators NCAA Softball Women’s College World Series Cut Off shirt besides I will buy this flu and got even sicker. 60 years later I get a little nauseous thinking about getting sick on all that milk and sugar. Unfortunately hasn’t turned me off any other sweets. l had surgery the next day & hadn’t consumed it prior to the cut off time but **sudder** it was definitely nasty coming back up. Mcdonalds fillet of fish 36 years ago. Shitting through the eye of a needle for 2 days straight. I avloid the place like the plague now Non actually tbh even with finding a hair in my wendys double cheeseburger once I had cheeseburgers from there like a few weeks later and if it hadn’t been Easter at the end of that week I would’ve gotten another one sooner lol then when I was younger my dad made me eat the rest of my McDonalds cheeseburger before dessert but I guess I ate it to fast so I ended up throwing up but I still eat them. And then one time I ate dairy then played my just dance game so I was basically shaking myself up then I ate Chinese food with a bunch of broccoli after and I threw up but it’s still my favorite food I guess I just don’t care nearly as much as other people when stuff like that happens with food or even in general. I had something kind of traumatic happen with my moms friends dogs when I was like 4 but I LOVE dogs now and I always have despite that so yeah I just don’t care I guess lol
Anything that contains milk , I ate a milk chocolate the 2025 Florida Gators NCAA Softball Women’s College World Series Cut Off shirt besides I will buy this day before my period and I started vomiting like crazy and I got lightheaded Wethers original. My dad bought me a big bag (maybe 750g) as part of a birthday gift when I was 11. I ate it all that day/night. Never again…also, maybe this is why I’m not a fan of celebrating my birthday. Shawarma rice. I ate it with my cousin when we went for grocery, when we got home, i vomited my tummy hurts so bad I’ve been to Submarina twice, and gotten food poisoning from them both times…two different locations, so definitely never going back there again. Wendy’s chicken sandwich. Got one one time and the mayo or whatever white substance was on it was sour and disgusting Meat at the grocery store that’s sold pre-seasoned. This is code for “it’s too old and past-expiry and customers won’t buy it so let’s just roll it in a bunch of spices so no one will notice it’s green and smells absolutely rank and we can keep it on the shelf for another week.” Lesson learned after several hours on the toilet. I found out later via a CBC Marketplace series that apparently some supermarkets can be rather deceptive in the meat section. Everything from outright changing expiry dates to rolling meat in red food colouring to make it look fresher. Never again. Chicken thighs. Got sick from a KFC chicken thigh. I didn’t eat any fried chicken at all for about 20 years and I finally got over that but the sight of any chicken thighs still makes me ill. It’s ok if it’s chopped up into little pieces like in soup or a pot pie but I can’t look at them whole. It’s awkward when I get invited to a gathering and they’re serving chicken thighs.
Those little unrefrigerated creamers at restaurants. Started feeling sick at a baseball game in 103 degree heat. Barely made it home and, by that night, I was throwing up so loudly and violently I felt bad for my 2025 Florida Gators NCAA Softball Women’s College World Series Cut Off shirt besides I will buy this family and every neighbor in a 2,000 ft. radius.
The first I had as a child and got food poisoning before a birthday trip to Disneyland. My parents got me a wheelchair and everyone got a turn in it by the 2025 Florida Gators NCAA Softball Women’s College World Series Cut Off shirt besides I will buy this end of the day. The second had me in so much pain that any pressure or touch to my stomach had me in debilitating cramps. Never again for either. Honey, according to my parents – apparently I had infant botulism when I was a toddler after I had tea with honey during a little case of the sniffles. I LOATHE honey and can’t wait anything that has it Hershey Sundae Pie. I ended up with a case of vertigo the following day. Doubt the pie had anything to do with it but still. Can’t look at the pie without thinking about the episode I had. I looooved eating candy hearts and drinking Orange soda every day, for about a few months. One day, the thought of them suddenly made me nauseous. It was really like a light switch from love to hate, and I haven’t had them since!
Qdoba. Not sure if it was that or the 2025 Florida Gators NCAA Softball Women’s College World Series Cut Off shirt besides I will buy this 4 different parties I went to that day and ate at but it was the last thing I ate and the only thing I ate different from my wife. I spent the next 24 hrs “sleeping” in the bathroom crying naked Pizza, its my favorite food, but due to possible lactose intolerance (or something else) i can’t eat it without having my throat feel like its swollen and getting very slimey saliva. Ravioli, Dr. Pepper, and jello, but I didn’t get sick from the jello I just ate a lot of it while I was really sick for a week, it was easy to eat and anything I did (like chewing) made my headache so much worse. Alfredo sauce. I didn’t get sick from Alfredo sauce, but I ended up getting vertigo shortly after eating pasta with Alfredo sauce and was throwing up non-stop the rest of the night from the dizziness. I was going through a cycle where I vomited and the smell of Alfredo made me vomit again and again.
Middleswarth BBQ chips. They’re a delicacy in Pennsylvania, but I ate too many as a child and got sick, so I never liked BBQ chips again. Cookies that are just slightly too browned. IF it’s even burn-unit adjacent I won’t eat it. I fucking love cookies, but man I got terribly ill after eating some that the 2025 Florida Gators NCAA Softball Women’s College World Series Cut Off shirt besides I will buy this really cute girl in my church made for me. She burned them, because she was a bad baker (she was 15 so I give her a pass I imagine she got better) and I ate 3 because I didn’t want to tell her they were bad. Got home and was sick for four days. It’s obviously not the cookies fault, I got norovirus from something else, but the cookies were the last thing I ate. Butter cookies are off limits for me now.
sour cream. didn’t get sick but it smelled like a literal foot it’s been almost ten years and i still viscerally gag every time i think of it View more commentsTell her that bodies like Victoria’s Secret models come from lifting weights, skinny women with no asses or definition come from cardio. “I don’t want to lift weights because I don’t want to get too muscular” is a weird meme that tons of women always say when it comes to joining gyms. Even if it were possible to “accidentally* get huge, she can just look in the 2025 Florida Gators NCAA Softball Women’s College World Series Cut Off shirt besides I will buy this mirror and stop working out when she thinks she’s getting to muscular. It’s not like she’s skinny and goes to bed and wakes up the next morning looking like Arnold. Also can confirm gained 70lbs from 145 at 6’3. I look back at a photo of me when I was 145 and then look into the mirror and see the same guy. Tbh though I do have really big fucking bones. Most girls who are overly muscular workout a lot more than your girlfriend is going to probably work out. Lifting weights for an hour a few times a week isn’t going to do that. Running isn’t going to do that, cardio isn’t going to do that. I think that the women she is worried about looking like or professional athletes that work out literally 8 hours a day. They also have very very restrictive diets to keep fat off of them. To build off this, ask her for an example of what ‘too big’ looks like. You could probably find some social media person and then translate that into “well, this is how you would have to totally change your life to achieve that.”
Men and women who are looking to get jacked have to seriously train their exercise and diet to get there. It’s not something that happens on accident If it was that easy to build muscle waaay more men would be jacked. And she doesn’t have the 2025 Florida Gators NCAA Softball Women’s College World Series Cut Off shirt besides I will buy this natural steroids men have. If she trained pretty hard consistently for years she still probably wouldn’t get the “too muscular” look she’s scared of “I hate to burst your bubble, but muscle isn’t that easy to build and you won’t turn into the hulk from doing a few deadlifts” Naturally more masculine woman here (lovely genes from my truck of a mother) I avoid some training exercises so i dont bulk up in unfeminine areas like upper chest and arms. But even roided out women still build up muscle in different areas. 99%+ of women can work out daily without fear of looking manly. They just got to keep the roids within intended healthy limit of use. I’m sure she realizes that if it were as easily as spending a week in the gym to get fit, every single person on the planet would get fit. She’s probably looking at 2-3 years of consistent lifting with progressive overload AND meticulous dieting before she even starts to think hmm i’m getting a little bigger than i’d like to be. And the nice thing about that is…..she can tone it down when that happens.
I have a hard time believing that’s a legitimate concern and a much easier time believing that’s just an excuse to be lazy Pilates is good because you work out with your own body weight. Tell her to not do a lot of weight training. I can easily get big so I only do limited work outs. I go for toned, not muscular Oh god what went wrong in society that girls even think about getting “too muscular”…. There’s no “too muscular” if you don’t take steroids or completely ruin your body with hundreds of 200lb deadlifts… I for one don’t feel attracted to pratty little princesses. I like strong and mature characters with a physis to match… Show her the 2025 Florida Gators NCAA Softball Women’s College World Series Cut Off shirt besides I will buy this average eating day / diet diary of the type of muscular women she doesn’t want to look like. Most women don’t realise it’s exceptionally hard to end up that way without making a dedicated effort.
Don’t burst her bubble. Encourage her to give it a try and see if she likes how it makes her feel. She will quickly figure out on her own that it’s unlikely to significantly change how she looks without serious time and effort, but even just a little effort will dramatically change how she feels for the 2025 Florida Gators NCAA Softball Women’s College World Series Cut Off shirt besides I will buy this better. As everyone else is saying, working out is not a direct path to getting huge. From working out casually you will notice improvements in body composition and definition, and feel a lot better overall, but to get noticeably jacked ans actually pack on significant muscle you need to work out a LOT, you need to eat a LOT, and make sure you hit your very high protein goals consistently, and work out really hard pretty much every day, even multiple times a day. It’s not easy and not something that will be done by accident. If she’s using that as an excuse because deep down she doesn’t want to, or has some anxiety about it, I would say that working out is by far one of the best things you can do for your mind and body, and the first time can be nerve wracking, but after that it’s no more stressful than going to the grocery store. Everyone is typically very polite, just minding their own business and doing their own thing.
Also, muscle ladies are in a league of their own so even if.. even if she does get ripped that’s more of a win imo. Tell her that it takes many many years of intentional effort specifically towards getting huge, and even then… you can’t get really big unless you have good muscle building genetics. She’ll only benefit from it: she’ll feel stronger, feel healthier, have greater mobility, get a good confidence boost, and love the 2025 Florida Gators NCAA Softball Women’s College World Series Cut Off shirt besides I will buy this way she looks even more! It’s like accidentally becoming a doctor. My gf was worried too, but now she does legs like 3 times a week. All that’s happened is her physique has become amazing. She’s not too bulky at all Virilization btw isn’t about gains. It’s pure hormonal expression. You can get virilized without even lifting and you can get it while losing muscle. It NEVER happens. Virtually 100% of the women who are “too muscular” are using steroids, and even some of the ones that aren’t. Also she’s probably mostly worried about upper body. Virtually no girl has quads hams and glutes that are too developed and that includes the ones on roids. Plus muscle on girls doesn’t even look how most girls think it will. They think they will look like a dude when in actuality hardcore gym girls end up looking like Lean Beef Patty or Rhea Ripply, and its feminine and hot as fuck IMO.
I think it’s a shame she feels so much pressure on her body to look a certain way that it’s debilitating her. It takes a lot to become muscular if it’s not your genetic makeup. I think she should look deeper into why this 2025 Florida Gators NCAA Softball Women’s College World Series Cut Off shirt besides I will buy this worries her so much and do what makes her feel good. Getting strong and fit is a separate process to building muscle. Maybe speak to a trainer and get advice on exercises that serve her x I know there’s validity in what you’re saying…. But you may not know what her definition of too big is. She probably thinks she needs to get really thin before putting on muscle. Is she aware how hot buff women areDoes she know? Has nobody told her about hot buff women??? The education system failed her Tell her her skin will be taunt, her breast will have more perk (and will take longer to droop), and she won’t have an under butt.
Question- is she a nice size or have a bit of an average American body? If the 2025 Florida Gators NCAA Softball Women’s College World Series Cut Off shirt besides I will buy this later- address how working out will help with health. Many people don’t want to give up on their unhealthy diet and it’s true that you can’t out exercise a bad diet. It doesn’t hurt to start somewhere. What worked for my gf was saying something like: You can’t accidentally build muscle. You’re not gonna wake up one day jacked. Working out is a day by day process and we can always adjust our workout routine if you think you’re getting too jacked (she won’t) She should be so lucky. Muscle is difficult to develop for men and especially women. Been weight training all of my life-still look ‘normal’. I been hitting the gym for over a year, not a single muscle bulge. Every tiny bit of muscle she earns she will need to WORK FOR. I AM NOT KIDDING. You literally cannot accidently build muscle. Please tell her, I swear that shit don’t happen by accident. !!!!!
I am pretty lucky in the 2025 Florida Gators NCAA Softball Women’s College World Series Cut Off shirt besides I will buy this regard that my body reacts extremly fast to the gym. As soon as i start to work out my legs and arms show sign of longer fitnesss us after some sessions and i am usually faster muscled than the people i train with especially at my age (almost 40), aparently i got that from my mothers side, because when she started to go to the gym for her back it happend the same for her legs and arms and she immediately stopped. Lol tell her if it was that easy there wouldn’t be so many YouTube gurus, reddit threads, magazine articles, you name it – trying to tell you how to put on muscle. You don’t just lift a weight and get buff as shit, and if you did society wouldn’t regard it as special.
I get where she’s coming from because I (36F), also avoid certain workouts and keep low weight lifts intentionally, because I bulk quickly. Very quickly. My legs are much more muscular than most men’s. I avoid any bicep weighted workouts because they get big fast. Same with my delts. It’s good for some things though. I don’t mind the 2025 Florida Gators NCAA Softball Women’s College World Series Cut Off shirt besides I will buy this gluteal growth one bit. Maybe tell her to try some gluteal workouts. Tell her that for most women, it is toning the muscles, not building bulk. Those are two different sets of workouts. Isn’t this the lady that got made to look a fool by basically being called out fo her own tweets calling for violence by a congressional committee? Now its stupid politicing but she definitely played herself on this one. and kind of shows why i’m leary of things like this because they can quickly be turned against you So I’m just goign to let this moron play with the other morons on twitter. They all love each other caused its the only way they’re relevent. I’m confused. The one in the video you posted being asked about the tweets isn’t the person who runs the account in the post. Unless I’m missing something. I’m new to both these people though. Yes, she’s a complete moron and embarrassed herself in that interview. 20% of the US reads at a 5th grade level, she is in that much too large group. A dunce, if you will. It’s actually so much worse than that. 54% of Americans aged 16 to 74 read at or below a sixth grade level. If you ever wonder why most of the content on the internet seems directed towards children, now you understand why.
