I second this. Go to a third impartial party that can act on your behalf if you feel the 2024 NFC East Division Champions Philadelphia Eagles 41 7 Cowboy Killers Limited Edition shirt Besides,I will do this matron is in on it. Still report to her and above. People are right, leave a paper trail. Save all correspondence Plus, having the union rep there when speaking with the Matron might be enough to put the shits up her that this is being taken seriously and that something is going to need to be done. If it’s just the OP on his own, she could easily dismiss, much harder to dismiss if their rep is there as they have far easier access to those above her. Nothing much to add, others have done really well in advising here. This is a very bad look for the hospital, and I’d expect upper management to crack down on this quickly. Just to reiterate though to act quickly [as possible]. This is a dreadful situation in itself for your reputation and work life, however, beyond that there are also extreme cases of violent attacks, and even murder over similar heinous, false allegations – including here in the UK.

2024 NFC East Division Champions Philadelphia Eagles 41 7 Cowboy Killers Limited Edition shirt: best style for you

I say this not to worry you at all, but rather to help reinforce the 2024 NFC East Division Champions Philadelphia Eagles 41 7 Cowboy Killers Limited Edition shirt Besides,I will do this seriousness of this situation. And yes, I would recommend taking extra precautions within reason – just in case of any personal safety threats, until you can fully clear your name. It looks like you shared an AMP link. These should load faster, but AMP is controversial because of concerns over privacy and the Open Web. Maybe check out the canonical page instead: or emails. Keep the paper trail of what has been done strong. Your trust (I’m assuming you’re NHS) should have a Speak Up Guardian. They are likely well outside sphere of influence of your ward and will be able help you. If you are not enrolled with a union, join the RCN immediately, like, stop reading this comment and go directly to their website and join up. You need someone within the NHS Trust who can listen to you and give you advice on how to manage the situation on the ground- that’s the FtSU guardian, and you need someone outside of the Trust supporting you in any meetings with HR, management or others, that’s your union rep. Report to the police. I’ve seen this in action and it didn’t end well. The guy was not a pedophile either. You’d be suprised who thinks themselves as a vigilante. This man was looking after his gfs children and she buggered off in a huff, so he took the kids to mcdonald’s for dinner. He left a note and a voicemail, so she knew where he was. She told everyone he was a pedophile and took her kids. A literal mob of men went out looking for him. They had knives, bats ect Please report to the police for your own safety. Report to your hr too. These kinds of lies can end lives, careers, relationships.
Came here to say this, it could fall under both Harassment and Malicious Communications. If ytou can gather any kind of material evidence before doing so, bring it with you. This is a huge deal that goes further than bullying . It’s very much slander and as other people have mentioned here can lead to further consequences. All it takes is one person to actually believe the 2024 NFC East Division Champions Philadelphia Eagles 41 7 Cowboy Killers Limited Edition shirt Besides,I will do this rumours and you will be at risk of job loss , ostracising or physical harm . This is also an offence. Call the police immediately and tell them that you are being accused of something you are innocent off , slander and you are worried due to the seriousness of the allegations you are afraid for your physical well-being . If this is how actual children’s nurses are acting, joking about paedophilia, I’m extremely scared as a parent for the safety of my daughter when she is born. However as an ex-union rep please go higher and make a complaint to whomever is above your matron and/or management team. If this doesn’t work, you may also have some luck speaking to ACAS who may be able to advise and act based upon this as that is literally their job, however they will likely want you to go through an official complaints procedure within the NHS first. I’m at the present time dating a student doctor, studying psychiatry, and they are a very different person to my ex. I think the environment matters, but the individual matters more. I worked with kids in different environments, mostly outdoor education and youth work. The amount of jokes like this is not uncommon, but in general, it’s a form of dark humour.

About 2024 NFC East Division Champions Philadelphia Eagles 41 7 Cowboy Killers Limited Edition shirt

I wasn’t always comfomrtable with it, but even in my role, we were often confronted with horrible stories, a kind of stress it’s impossible to describe, and very few places to let out that stress – certainly you can’t talk about individual cases. What happens instead is this kind of dark humour. You find it in many situations with these types of stressors, the 2024 NFC East Division Champions Philadelphia Eagles 41 7 Cowboy Killers Limited Edition shirt Besides,I will do this police will joke about crime, the fire service about fire, etc. I don’t condone it, it often made me uncomfortable, but it’s a fault of the system, not the people imo. What’s happened here though, is this chap isn’t involved in it. It’s moved from being a bit of a dark laugh between friends, to a way to exclude and bully him. None of what I’ve written above condones or excuses this behaviour. I’m just trying to say, don’t worry to much about the kind of jokes adults tell when in private, as long as it’s not hurting anyone directly. It can be the only outlet for stress they have, but at the same time always be vigilant, and ensure this ‘banter’ (for want of a better word) doesn’t hide, condone or enable abusers. My line, is if behaviour or inappropriate* comments spills outside of a private setting.
“Just to be clear. A lighthearted accusation like “what were you doing with those straps, you fcking pdo” referencing harnessing a child too tightly is the 2024 NFC East Division Champions Philadelphia Eagles 41 7 Cowboy Killers Limited Edition shirt Besides,I will do this kind of thing I’m talking about being dark, but (*hmm, again okay is not the right word but) okay, perhaps even helpful in terms of keeping the worker mindful of what they are doing and how it presents to onlookers, if its said between freinds, in private. Suggesting someone actually commits illegal acts or that someone is actually an abuser, or enabling, grooming, problematic behaviour, or sexual comments toward minors is not okay in any setting, but fortunately quite rare. Anyone that works near vulnerable people should have the training to spot problematic behaviour.
As an ex teacher I’d have severe concerns about anyone that I worked with joking about the 2024 NFC East Division Champions Philadelphia Eagles 41 7 Cowboy Killers Limited Edition shirt Besides,I will do this sexual abuse of a child and would be instantly reporting them. Sexual abuse of a minor is not a debatable issue, and if you believe it is you shouldn’t be around children imho. I think I was quite clear in my last paragraph that I agree. I also think I made quite a clear distinction between a joking accusation about a simple mistake and joking about actual abuse. There were definitely things I reported as going to far, and definitely others that made me uncomfortable, but didn’t cross the line of being reportable. I’ve also reported things that led to action. The guidelines on what is reportable and what signs to look for for are very clear. Private jokes like the ones I mentioned (again, let’s be clear here, there is a big difference between the examples I gave) are not a part of the NSPCC guidelines, and as a teacher you should know that*. Of course, always err on the side of caution, but the fact that humour like this exists isn’t going away any time soon. I’d rather hear it and police it and challange it, then push it into private whatsapp groups. Because at least that way, we can see when it does go too far. Are you male on an mostly female ward by any chance. Pretty sure sex is a protected characteristic……. Certainly worth reporting. I agree with this. It’s pretty sexist and quite shocking that someone would try and imply that a male children’s nurse is a peadophile just because he works with children. Then people wonder why many men don’t enter these professions.
You need to report this to your manager and HR ASAP, and seek legal council as well. If you believe parents have been told of this rumor, this can escalate very quickly and you could be in danger. Might be worth informing the 2024 NFC East Division Champions Philadelphia Eagles 41 7 Cowboy Killers Limited Edition shirt Besides,I will do this police as well, just in case. Good luck! Email your trusts freedom to speak up guardian, every trust/hospital has one. Make sure to email every instance to them so there is trail. This is unbelievable behaviour which is not surprisingly uncommon. You don’t go to work to be Victimised or to be the end of some heinous rumor! Also contact the police if you get brushed off, The Police absolutely do take stuff like this extremely seriously due to the nature of the rumor, it could put you in potential harm from some vigilante who like to take the law into their own hands! Like others have said, you need to take action NOW. This sort of accusation is the type of thing that can stick if allowed to go on long enough, and also the sort of thing where ‘vigilantes’ may even get involved, and act first and ask questions later.
As others have said – go to the 2024 NFC East Division Champions Philadelphia Eagles 41 7 Cowboy Killers Limited Edition shirt Besides,I will do this matron first. She likely won’t do anything, but then that will make her implicate herself. Then go immediately above her – you’ll be able to prove you’ve tried the regular channel first. The next time someone asks probing question or a parent is rude be bold and talk to them. Say “excuse me I don’t understand, what makes you say that?” Listen and make a note of what people say. You might even want to use them as a witness. Start to lodge formal grievances against individuals for inappropriate behaviour. It’s not nice but it makes management address that individual instance. It also begins to build a formal picture of what’s going on. Don’t wait until you are under so much pressure that you feel desperate. I f*cking hate it, when people use the word “paedophile” as a easy weapon to attack others. It’s the lowest of the low. The ease with which others will destroy lives over a petty disagreement by accusing people of paedophilia is just cruel.
The word is used inappropriately even in cases where it makes sense. Someone having sex with a 16 year old IS NOT a paedophile. The word only applies to pre pubescent children, not teenagers. There is a big difference between a 7 year old and a 17 year old, morally and legally. …and to add, some people love to be vigilantes and will ask questions later and harm you. It’s a mentally that is truly disturbing and needs to stop. Following up on what you’ve said about some of the 2024 NFC East Division Champions Philadelphia Eagles 41 7 Cowboy Killers Limited Edition shirt Besides,I will do this bullies being in HR/management – get your union rep involved. That’s what they’re there for! State the situation to HR and the Head of Nursing. State you want to raise a formal grievance and for this to be investigated by an independent officer.
Maybe involve your union in this as they should understand the 2024 NFC East Division Champions Philadelphia Eagles 41 7 Cowboy Killers Limited Edition shirt Besides,I will do this appropriate polices (bullying and harassment, dignity in work etc). it’d be worth letting the police know in case there’s any vigilante behaviour as people are stupid and there’s can be a distinct mob mentality. Report the trained nurses involved to the nursing and midwifery council as you should be able to find something in the code of conduct that they’re breaking. Probably nothing much will happen but it’ll put a bat up their nighties. I suggest code of conduct – prioritise people, section 1.1 treat people with kindness, respect and compassion. Promote professionalism and trust 20.2 act with honesty and integrity at all times, treating people fairly and without discrimination, bullying or harassment. 20.3 be aware at all times of how your behaviour can affect an influence of behaviour of other people. 20 .8 act as a role model of professional behaviour for students and qualified nurses, midwives, and nursing associates to aspire to.
If you’ve got money to spare consider asking a solicitor to write a cease and desist letter to each, or something about defamation of character (not a lawyer so not sure what’s available). I’m sorry you’re going through this. I’m a nurse too (38+ long years) and know what a pack of bastards they can be when they want to. A fucking disgrace to the 2024 NFC East Division Champions Philadelphia Eagles 41 7 Cowboy Killers Limited Edition shirt Besides,I will do this profession. I’m sorry you’re going through this. LOL are you sure you spelt “friends” correct? I’d request to change hospitals or trust, bullying is notorious and once the cats out the bag, it’ll be a painful ride for you. Best to rip the plaster off now. This is called victimisation. You need to report this through your grievance procedures at work (as you think it’s a consequence of you reporting them for other stuff). I’d also speak to your Freedom To Speak Up Guardian if you can
It’s disgusting that people working in healthcare behave like small children. These people are supposed to be professionals yet behaving like they are still in school it’s disgusting I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Please contact the 2024 NFC East Division Champions Philadelphia Eagles 41 7 Cowboy Killers Limited Edition shirt Besides,I will do this moderators of this subreddit if you have any questions or concerns. Make sure you leave a paper trail for everything and if it’s not dealt with by management you will be able to move up the chain I’m really sorry to hear about the difficult situation you’re facing. It’s important to address this issue promptly and assertively. Consider documenting any incidents or conversations related to the false rumors and bullying. Reach out to your supervisor or HR department to report the situation and provide them with the evidence you have collected. They should take this matter seriously and take appropriate action to investigate and address the issue.
most times the 2024 NFC East Division Champions Philadelphia Eagles 41 7 Cowboy Killers Limited Edition shirt Besides,I will do this rumours will never be told to you directly, but you can be sure the kids, their parents and everyone else will be kept informed…. noticed on a camping weekend how a father and daughter were sleeping away from everyone else and told him that I can see he is keeping it in the family. over the head of the kid who did not pick up the reference, the father did… Sorry your going through this mate. Union + document everything. Are there other trusts locally? Time to work in a less toxic team? If it’s an option I’d lodge a complaint, and f off to another trust. I wouldn’t go through the clinical leadership team, but go to HR, they might have half a chance of understanding their responsibilities; as you know, clinicians are often poor managers, and don;t really have the training. Good luck. Just to add, if this is accepted in the environment, you may wish to consider including the safeguarding team as patients are at risk.
So you are being bullied because you reported bullying previously? Out of curiosity for context, what did you report and what was the 2024 NFC East Division Champions Philadelphia Eagles 41 7 Cowboy Killers Limited Edition shirt Besides,I will do this repercussions of it if there was any? I’m also curious to know what subtle things they are saying about you? If you’re going into this with the eyes that everyone and everything is against you here, then you might be taking everything harder than one usually would with this mindset. Do the parents that get rude with you frequently visit? Or just like a once a month or week thing? That’s the real problem I’m seeing hereDoesnt matter who it is or your relationship with them. Report it, stay professional, keep the paper trail and keep going higher until they cant ignore the stink. Report to your Freedom to speak up guardian and also inform your union – especially if you’re saying management aren’t doing anything about it!
Buold up some evidence, write down names, dates, locations, and witnesses, and literally call a meeting and request said name callers to your managers office and out them there and then. If it continues after this, then put in a grievance. If after the 2024 NFC East Division Champions Philadelphia Eagles 41 7 Cowboy Killers Limited Edition shirt Besides,I will do this grievance it continues then take them to court for diminishing your reputation.Adding on to other advice: Document, document, document! Every single comment, incident or uttering, no matter how small or insignificant it may seem at the time. Make a log noting dates, times, who was involved, what happened and witnesses. Store this securely (not on your work computer) and make a copy. Inform the RCN now and ask for legal support. Follow their guidance. Also seek advice from ACAS as another route, but the RCN should be your first port of call as you are a nurse. Report all incidents in writing to your LM and cc HR. Raise a formal grievance. State workplace bullying, harassment and slander. Seek an immediate and ongoing intervention. Your career and safety are at risk and you need to make them aware and accountable. If this doesn’t work, keep taking it up the chain. If it continues, then make a police report, show them you’re serious about this.
Don’t react to it under any circumstances. Maintain your own professionalism per NMC guidelines and follow all policies. Seek colleague support as witness to clinical practice if possible, don’t put yourself in a position where any level of doubt can be exploited. Take time out and look after yourself. It’s hard but try not to let it get to you. Speak to your GP if you feel you need some personal support. Utilise your network at home too. Speak with the 2024 NFC East Division Champions Philadelphia Eagles 41 7 Cowboy Killers Limited Edition shirt Besides,I will do this RCN today!Reading some of the posts and comments, it appears that many people see meditation as something to do but not take seriously. If you happen to have found a reason to do it not just for the sake of doing it and gain some minor health improvements, then what has made you find the dedication and conviction to put in most hours of a day for weeks and months to not just do meditation but become meditation? Not taking it seriously is what made me take it seriously. At one moment I stopped seeing it as a discipline that I had to follow in order to get benefits and just started doing it whenever I felt like it. That made me let go of the need to see results and that’s when it became easier and more enjoyable each time until it became a habit without even trying. And with the habit came the actual benefits.
Meditation has helped me let go of the 2024 NFC East Division Champions Philadelphia Eagles 41 7 Cowboy Killers Limited Edition shirt Besides,I will do this need to be in control, which was giving me anxiety attacks due to the lack of control that I had in my life when I started out. Since then, I’ve come to know and understand myself in a way that I can be aware of my feelings and triggers, being able to sit comfortably with them and deciding how I react to them. Before meditation, I would try to numb these feelings and triggers with alcohol and cigarettes, which I don’t consume anymore, so there’s another benefit. I’ve learned to love myself and spread love whenever I can. ALSO I don’t fear loneliness anymore and actually love love looove my alone time. Yeh exactly. Always found it funny when people take mediation as a “serious discipline”. It’s not supposed to be that kind of serious, it’s all about letting go and relaxing. That’s when it becomes “serious”.
I’am feeling way more at peace and super aware of stress triggers in my day-to-day. It’s like I’m tuning into my vibes and spotting those stress bombs before they explode. Totally changes the 2024 NFC East Division Champions Philadelphia Eagles 41 7 Cowboy Killers Limited Edition shirt Besides,I will do this game. Being broken up with recently and feeling, quite possibly, the worst emotional turmoil and pain I have ever felt. Since ihave began doing it every morning I have been more focused throughout the day and stress and anxiety has been lowered in a considerable way Gurdjieff said to make the devil meditate also if he appears when you sit down. Your demons may come to love sitting down to meditate with you. Yes, in the sense that you help them help themselves and so they are transformed in positive entities; they become your supporters instead of your harassers. In my case, some of the voices that used to distract me while meditating now lovingly remind me when it may be a good time to sit. Really no other choice. I just tried everything I could think of except some things you can’t come back from (like risking things that can screw you up forever after just one time). If you find another way works, it’s probably more adaptive to modern life. This way is lonely. If a pill would work, I’d probably take it unless I saw it hurting others.
