Not even 3 years and I’ve made so much progress I’m essentially doped up on painpills, cept I like it better! Almost 6 hours of that today, so I hear you… Reddit seems to have a higher number of people who are absolutists. These surface level thoughts and images eventually clear out though and I become more “mindless”. But during this stage there are still things that pop into my consciousness.
